Our story

What started as a way to provide for his family quickly turned into a passion for bringing ideas to life. Lucio began working in construction since the early age of eighteen. He has worked for the well-known and prestigious company Plemons Construction for 25 years now. During his time there he has taken part in various large detail-oriented projects. Everything from framing to the smallest detail imaginable when it comes to building a home. With the support of his family, Lucio started Cienega General Contractor Inc. to be able to provide high quality construction services for those in his community.
